As a company that advocates a customer-first approach, we're known for our professional Success team and are hiring an Implementation Specialist to join our Billing Team.


As an Implementation Specialist, you will act as a customer facing end-to-end project manager, serving as the primary connection between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead the entire lifecycle of the customer project—from discovery and onboarding to successful implementation and training. You will act as the "head of the project" from the customer’s perspective, ensuring everything is delivered as planned and meeting their expectations.


You will also be responsible for configuring the software, answering questions, leading technical sessions and ensuring the client is satisfied with the solution. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams, and will be the go-to person for any technical solutions. Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS companies—mandatory.
  • 3+ years of proven experience implementing software/SaaS platforms—mandatory.
  • Experience in project management or PMO roles—significant advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)—mandatory.
  • Familiarity with ERP and billing tools—advantage.
  • Technical aptitude for software configuration and integrations.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Thrives under pressure and is adept at managing competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
