As a LinkedIn Campaign Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker, a data-driven growth marketer, and a hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including thought leadership, remarketing, and audience engagement.
- Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and AI-driven strategies to enhance campaign precision and effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI maximization.
- Create and refine audience targeting strategies, leveraging first-party data, lookalike audiences, and intent-based targeting.
- Collaborate with content marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaign messaging with broader marketing objectives.
- Analyze key performance metrics, including MQLs and SQLs, to generate actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track performance, measure attribution, and optimize conversions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously testing and implementing new LinkedIn ad formats and strategies.
