As a LinkedIn Campaign Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker, a data-driven growth marketer, and a hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including thought leadership, remarketing, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and AI-driven strategies to enhance campaign precision and effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Create and refine audience targeting strategies, leveraging first-party data, lookalike audiences, and intent-based targeting.
  • Collaborate with content marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaign messaging with broader marketing objectives.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, including MQLs and SQLs, to generate actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track performance, measure attribution, and optimize conversions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously testing and implementing new LinkedIn ad formats and strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-time PPC professional, with a proven track record in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS).
  • Hands-on experience managing Enterprise LinkedIn accounts and budgets.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads (Meta & Google Ads experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel for performance analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and CRM systems like Salesforce for campaign tracking and lead management.
  • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics.
  • Strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
